Good question! You (or your parent/supporter) can repurchase the Student Support Package for another 3 sessions as often as needed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your additional sessions to be reflected in your account on the platform.
Samata Health also offers a public version of our platform that’s open to everyone, where users can book sessions with our therapists “à la carte” at our discounted, self-pay rates. On our public interface, you can pay for individual therapy sessions using a credit card, debit card or your FSA card! Please note that therapy sessions on our platform are currently self-pay only, so you won’t be able to use your insurance.
If you are a student and purchased our Student Support Package for yourself, your account will automatically switch over to our public interface once you’ve used all 3 sessions in your Student Support Package, until you repurchase the Student Support Package.
If a parent or someone else purchased your Student Support Package for you, you can send them this link to repurchase the package, or purchase it yourself! Otherwise, if you’d like to start paying for sessions individually on our public interface, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll update your account.
