Therapy sessions scheduled on our platform are 45-minutes each. During your first session, your therapist will want to learn more about you, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based techniques, but all will offer insights and tools to help you lead a happier and healthier life. While many people like to see their therapist once a week, you may find you need more or less frequent sessions.
Most therapists on our platform are happy to schedule a free, initial consultation (usually 15-30 minutes) to make sure it’s a good fit before scheduling your first session!
